Purpose
To allow users to sign in to Ticket Portal using their Microsoft 365 credentials you will need to provide Admin Application Consent. This integration ensures a seamless login experience and enables Microsoft 365 authentication.
Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure that you have:
- A Global Administrator account for the Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Access to Ticket Portal with the necessary permissions to modify settings.
Steps to Grant Admin Application Consent
1. Access Microsoft 365 Settings in the Ticket Portal
- Sign in to the Ticket Portal.
- Navigate to Account > Settings.
- Open the Microsoft 365 tab.
2. Connect Microsoft 365
- Locate the button to
Connect Microsoft 365
. - Connect the following application:
- User Login Access Application.
3. Grant Permissions
- When prompted, sign in with a Global Administrator account.
- Review and accept the requested permissions.
After completing these steps, users will be able to log in to using their Microsoft 365 accounts.
