Support Portal: Enable user logins through Microsoft 365

Purpose

To allow users to sign in to Ticket Portal using their Microsoft 365 credentials you will need to provide Admin Application Consent. This integration ensures a seamless login experience and enables Microsoft 365 authentication.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding, ensure that you have:

  • A Global Administrator account for the Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Access to Ticket Portal with the necessary permissions to modify settings.

1. Access Microsoft 365 Settings in the Ticket Portal

  1. Sign in to the Ticket Portal.
  2. Navigate to Account > Settings.
  3. Open the Microsoft 365 tab.

2. Connect Microsoft 365

  1. Locate the button to Connect Microsoft 365.
  2. Connect the following application:
    • User Login Access Application.

3. Grant Permissions

  1. When prompted, sign in with a Global Administrator account.
  2. Review and accept the requested permissions.

After completing these steps, users will be able to log in to using their Microsoft 365 accounts.
